Q. What is the warranty on FLUIDYNE® parts?
A. FLUIDYNE® products are warranteed for one year from date of purchase against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. This warranty does not cover additional costs such as labor to change the radiator, or any collateral damage.
Q. If I have a problem with my FLUIDYNE® radiator, who do I call?
A. All warranty claims are handled by the FLUIDYNE® factory in Hesperia, CA. In the event that there should be a problem, call 760-949-0238 and you will be issued a Returned Material Authorization number to be used to ship the product back to the factory.
Q. Can my Dealer handle my warranty claim?
A. Yes, depending on the circumstances. However, the Dealer will need to contact FLUIDYNE® prior to authorizing any warranty replacement. FLUIDYNE® will not be responsible for any parts returned to the factory without an RMA number.
Q. If my radiator develops a problem, will it be repaired or will it be replaced?
A. This option is left to the discretion of FLUIDYNE®. If repairable, we will repair it and return it to you. If it is not repairable, we will send a replacement unit. |
